Where is Texas Image Volleyball located? :	2225 109th St., Grand Prairie, TX 75050 (2 exits North of Six Flags off of HWY 360)

When are tryouts/evaluations?:	11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U Evaluation Window \|\| July 8th - July 10th Acceptance/Signing Day \|\| July 11th Please arrive 1 hour early to complete registration
What do I bring?:	To expedite the process, bring the following: A COPY of your athlete's Birth Certificate Tryout Form 2023-2024 - DOWNLOAD HERE!!! Medical Release 2023-2024 - DOWNLOAD HERE!!!
