Texas Image Volleyball Club is pleased to announce our Summer Speed & Agility Clinics. The approach of this summer program is much different than a typical “in-season” strength program. The summer clinics are dedicated to help athletes achieve their goals. Specifically, Texas Image speed and strength clinics will help athletes improve their performance, and find and fix problems before any possible debilitation. Athletes will get faster, stronger and be less prone to injuries.
Over the course of the 4 week clinics the athletes will be taught proper lifting and movement techniques by certified strength and conditioning coaches with over 20 years of collegiate and private coaching experience. All sports are welcome and will be scheduled accordingly. All aspects of sports performance (Strength, speed, agility, flexibility and power) will be covered during the athlete’s time at Texas Image.
Texas Image strength and conditioning coaches are dedicated to the athlete and helping them to perform to the best of their ability. Get a head start on the competition and train during the summer months. There is limited space available to ensure every athlete gets the coaching they deserve.
This program is conducted at our adjoining facility – Texas Image Sand. Plyometric Sand Training at Texas Image Sand is available for all athletes.

- Our goal in providing plyometric training in the sand is to increase the overall athleticism of each trainee by approximately 20% during a 6 week session. Results will vary depending on each individual trainee’s dedication to the COMPLETE training schedule.
- Athletes in our six week program are gaining as much as six inches on their vertical jump with speed improvements of over one second in the 40 yard sand sprint.
