• $60 tryout fee payable by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa (if you have not pre-registered).

All players must register with USA Volleyball / North Texas Region (click here) before trying out!

• Tryouts will be held over three sessions.
• We recommend that you attend all tryouts for your age group if possible.
• Elite and Limited National Travel Teams are usually selected during the first and second tryout. Regional Teams are usually selected during the third and final tryout.
• We do understand, and encourage you to tryout for other clubs to find the one that best suits each person, however, attending all of our tryouts will give our coaches more opportunities to evaluate each athlete's skills.
• If a player is going to miss a scheduled tryout please notify us in advance.
• Players trying out should wear t-shirt, shorts (or spandex), kneepads, socks and athletic court shoes. Active Ankles or other supports are optional for tryouts. The VolleyShop will be open should you need to purchase any of these items.
• Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early for the 2nd and 3rd tryout.
• Cost: $50 if pre-registering online or in person no later than 5:00pm October 21st. $60 if pre-registering online or in person after October 21st.
• Online pre-registration will be discontinued at 6:00pm the day before your first tryout.
• You will need to register in person on the day you tryout if you have not pre-registered.
• A parent or legal guardian needs to accompany each prospective player to the first day of tryouts to complete the tryout forms.
• It is not necessary that parents or legal guardians stay for the actual tryout, however a seating area will be available should you decide to stay.
• It is our intent to help support school coaches and their teams in their efforts to progress in area playoffs. If you are in High School playoffs we recommend that you not actively participate in our club tryouts. However, you still need to come to the tryouts and complete the necessary paperwork. We also would like the player to stay and watch the tryouts. If possible please notify us in advance and we will do our best to send a coach to your game to watch you play. If you have video footage from a game this season we will provide it to the coaches for them to watch.

• If you are still in your Junior High/Middle School season you are allowed to tryout during your season. If our tryouts directly conflict with one of your 7th or 8th grade matches, please let us know in advance so we can try to send a coach to watch one of your matches.

• It is NOT a UIL violation to participate in tryouts while still playing middle school/high school volleyball.

Once a player participates (including but not limited to practicing, training, attending workouts and/or competing) in a
club or varsity program for any university, college, community college, or junior college, he/she is ineligible to take part
in any regional and national programming, which includes but is not limited to national JNC qualifying and
championship events.

18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993
or
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below
during some part of the current academic year

17 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

15 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

13 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998

12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999

11 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2000

10 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2001

9 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002

8 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2003
